Rob Fusari think Lady Gaga can harm him during the trial proceedings against her. The producer of “Paparazzi” claims that Lady Gaga made several nasty comments to him previously and therefore is officially asking her not to testify. The process is being driven by Wendy Starland, who claims to be one of those responsible for the discovery of Lady Gaga and who received less than was combined with Fusari.
Starland had asked for testimony of Gaga, who said she could “discuss various topics,” including her discovery by Starland, claims Rob on the agreement with Wendy, their relationship and “her opinion about the character of Rob Fusari compared to lies and truths. “
This worried Rob, who officially filed documents requesting that Gaga did not testify, because of previous statements about it:
"[Lady Gaga] has given inadmissible statements, attacking Rob Fusari in general."
He also believes that the fame of singer can also harm you:
"It will be impossible to find at least one person to the jury that is not aware of who she is and not influence it."
Lady Gaga has made a statement about the case, saying he was aware that the agreement existed, but did not know details about it. Gaga and Rob Fusari dated for a brief period. Fusari was responsible for the production of the album ‘The Fame’, including the tracks “Paparazzi” and “Brown Eyes”.
